them to the shopping cart. After you have completed the credit card
or bank draft information, you will automatically be brought back to this form. Please
continue to complete the Birth Data Form, providing the information needed for your
astrology chart(s), and submit.
Reports will be
emailed (rtf format) or mailed per
your request within 2 working days after
payment is confirmed.
Be sure to include your email addressand/or mailing address with the
required shipping and handling fee of $5.00 per chart for mail orders.
Failure to do so will delay your order.

2. Fill out, copy and mail the order form with your check or money order to
the address below . If you pay by money order, your
reports will be mailed within
2 working days
after it has been received. Checks usually take between 10 and 14 days
to clear the bank.
Report will be mailed or emailed per
